The almighty LOCAL GOVT:Which way out?

Its so sad that the tier of Govt that is most close to the masses is diving fast into a quicksand.The way our Local govt's are run is so heart quaking and unfortunate...what do u think is a lasting solution?

The crisis or better still disaster we call LGCs in Nigeria is only a microcosm of the bigger Nigerian national questions.If we do not resolve the leadership crisis in the center,the LGCs will continue to malfunction.This is because,no one will ve the moral authority to bring them to other.When those that are supposed to take care of that,are shoulder deep in corruption & other vices.The way out is to resolve the National Questions.
