lol! i'm pretty sure he didn't mean he was gon date a 14yr old, what i got from what he said was you can't really put an age to when people should start dating. some 14yrs old should be allowed to date cuz they are matured enough to handle it while there r some 25yrs old out dere who don't even have the maturity of a 14 year old and therefore can't handle a relationship. Therefore when deciding the appropriate age to date Maturity should be the deciding factor not Age.

But thats not o.k. I believe at the voting age though we know that b4 that age, a lot of Ladies will have been very segxwally matured. its not the case with the Males. 18yrs is recognized by nigerian law but like some islamic nations, it is 16yrs.
