CPC supporters clash in Kaduna as Sambo is booed at polling unit.
Supporters of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) clashed in Kabala West area of Kaduna metropolis due to a disagreement of who should be the party’s agent in the area, with others booing and chanting sai Buhari at the polling unit of the Vice President, Mohammed Namadi Sambo when he went for accreditation at about 11.50am.

Authorities in this northern Nigerian city home to the country’s vice president said eight people suffered injuries after a bomb exploded at a hotel in a poor neighborhood hours after voters cast their ballots. The explosion happened in the west neighborhood of Kaduna on Sunday, April 17, 2011
