Some locals would argue it to be, a fetish ritual performed by dubious charachters for some very dubious reasons.
However, people need to stand up against such illicit practices. Dont look away you might be the next victim, your
daughters, sons or relatives. This is happening everyday, it is time to put an end.

Justice is done when they are kept in check, subject under electronic shackles, house arrests and legal charges.
Put their Faces on the media for people to  see what these monsters looks like. Tv, dailies etc.
 
The good news is that, Scientists are on research to isolate the cells responsible for this miscellaneous handicap
