Eract, do you realise, what you are saying? this is someones live we are talking about. how will you feel if you got up one morning and then suddenly you heard that you son has been kill by his girlfriend because he broke her heart? heart break should not be new in every woman's lives because our men are not faithful. Neither did the Bible nor the Quran advise us to kill. if you are wicked you are wicked there 's no two way about that. if you are evil your thought are also evil. people should learn to control their temper and stop taking laws into their hands. have you ever taken out sometime to think of how many souls have been killed in the northern  part of Nigeria? i guess nor of your relatives or friends have been involve in it. we are Nigerians be it you from the north, south,east or west lets allow the law to take its cause. let her face the law and allow others to learn from it. All ladies would agree with the fact that men are unpredictable and they see and use women as toys but that does not guarantee any woman to take the life someone created by God. this guy she killed is gone with lots of dreams yet to be fulfilled, talent yet to be tapped and gift which was never used. yes its been long since the crime happened but justice has prevail that is what matters. Good job Nigeria lets correct our image we are good people and good things can also be associated with us.

A seven-man panel of the Supreme Court today in Abuja upheld the death sentence passed on Kano state based Nollywood actress, Miss Rabi Ismaila, by a Kano state High Court and the Court of Appeal in the Kaduna Division, for allegedly drugging and drowning her boyfriend, Mr. Auwalu, in 2002.

In 2005, Justice Haliru Mohammed Abdullahi found Rabi Ismaila guilty of homicide as charged and sentenced her to death by hanging.
The judge held that he was convinced beyond reasonable doubt that Rabi Ismaila also known as Rabi Cecilia among prostitutes, committed the act because she admitted in her statement that she removed N10,000 from the late Auwalu before pushing him into the dam.

Only a few people were aware that the actress appealed the judgement. There were rumours she had escaped from prison while some people believed she had been executed in the prison.
But in 2008, the court of Appeal sitting in Kaduna, presided over by Justice Alkali Ba’aba, upheld the High Court judgement that convicted Rabi Ismaila.
She then appealed to the Supreme Court which upheld the death sentence passed on her today.
. Its ok by me but the punishment is too harsh.
