How do you think they got into UK? They had the right papers.
They were deported because they remained in UK past the
time specified in their VISA.
THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT CRIMINALS!
They were unable to extend their stay in UK.

Even if they overstayed, they knew they were still breaking the law. You can't accuse the Nigerian govt. for not carrying out their immigration duties and at the same time criticize the British govt. for carrying out their duties. The UK officials executed their duties perfectly and you can not blame them. I am sure Nigerians were not the only group of deportees from UK. be a little diplomatic here. @ typicalhalman84, thk u, u r well enlightened & speak about d activites of some law breakers, some people use fake docs 2 travel abroad, overstay, work full time on student visa ¬ study,and mostly after a completion of their prison sentences for various criminal offences, illegal immigrant is a criminal offence & d violation of their visa status when caught is subject 2 deportion. D same UK law is applied 2 Non EU, Asia’s Nigeria, Africa all over. UK Border Agency programs shown they deport chinese, pakistan, Iraq, South Americans etc some nigerian caught was asked 2 bring a passport & coming 2 d office 2 sign, he absconded, they put them on police system so when caught again then put them on next flight 4 deportation, All or most countries, do no different. Nigerian like any other country has d right 2 protect & control is border and airport also. And yes i believe you UK and US aren't same because US doesn't have too many time on their hands to be chasing around Nigerians or other people who have ran out of status. HE WHO FELT IT AND FEELS IT KNOWS IT BETTER. I have lived here for many years. In short, I am a German citizen now. But bros, it was never never easy. If the UK law says No illegals are allowed to register for school and/or work and enjoy benefits as citizens, then you can't blame them. It is their law and they have every right to uphold it. These illegals knew what they were up against and still have not done anything about it. Believe me it is not as difficult as you think to find oyinbo to hook up. Some Nigerians who travel abroad get really carried away with clubbing, highlife, making money and chasing women without tackling the most important thing of it all...those papers... Very important. I would advice anyone who travels to UK to get on the mission of getting your complete papers before your official stay in UK expire. FYI, i never had to do runs here in the US for my citizenship. (Born Citizen...but majority of my Nigerian friends had to and i knew how it was for them?

Just like you, Germany can deport you to Naija, the way they deported born and bred in Germany Mr. Mehmet to Turkey leaving his parents in Germany? and so many of such cases. So you Typicalman can be deported to Naija. In Europe, Mr. President, Hussein Barack Obama cannot, and cannot in whatsoever be allowed to contest for a local government election in a village County, talk-less of trying Senate to Presidency. US is another world! Europe IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM United States of America.
