Bullshit story.  He could have subdued her in any number of ways if she shouted and was drawing undue attention to him.  A gunshot is louder than any shouting.  I feel bad for the girl, and her family who will mourn her loss.  I am happy this piece of  scum is off the streets, who knows how many innocent lives were taken by that gun.
