Gud move,dis move is capable of changing d lives of criminals who indulge in such act bcoz of poverty & lost of faith in our leaders. Afta d dialogue & possibly giving dem some tin to start their lives all over;any body caught as a criminal or kidnapper in Imo State should not be spelled.
