Adjsut ur medicated glasses and read again. The NO GO states for US citizens are: Niger Delta states of Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Delta, and Rivers; the Southeastern states of Abia, Edo, Imo; the city of Jos in Plateau State, Bauchi and Borno States.
