Well it is possible to engage in intercourse and not have your hymen broken, thus this young lady is not a virgin. It is really possible for a girl to get pregnant and still remain a virgin. (Though she is no longer segxwally innocent like the Virgin Mary). It should be understood that the Hymen does not seal up the honeypot entrance totally, but is a thin membrane surrounding the honeypot wall that gets broken when there is hard/actual penetration.

It is very surprising that a doctor could argue the possibility of a virgin getting pregnant. His certificate should be investigated. Or maybe he is a doctor in anthropology and not in Human field.

 I think the guy in question should be prosecuted for rape. He is a rapist and should not be walking freely. The best home for him is the prison.
