Catholic Bishop says he has 2 kids ... resigns from Diocese!

A Los Angeles bishop recently acknowledged being the father of two teenagers Bishop Gabino Zavala, 60,
resigned Wednesday under the code of canon law that lets bishops step down earlier than the normal
retirement if for some other reason they become unfit for office. Roman Catholic priests are required to be celibate.
