See how demented our so called leaders are and why this country will never move forward. We can now also see clearly why GEJ wanted Sylva out and planted Dickson as governor. What qualifications does Patience that can not even express herself have to be appointed a Perm Sec? This shows why Bayesa has remained as backward as it is today despite being an oil state.
