nigger ure only making a good point 4rm a blind mans view, only wish our federal system dey require public opinions is such matters involving huge finances. wetin happen 4 Plantation Estate Warri naying go still happen 4 dis eko atlantic city, abi u know how many foreigners they live for that mega Plantation Estate in Warri?? yet where are d funds? they all still get siphoned by d so-called "power brokers"...even as delta is 1 of the richest states in crude oil & other minerals, do Deltans enjoy any benefits off their natural resources Huh? No
