don't blame her entirely. illiteracy is also free & more rampant, she is a peti-trader & most probably wasn't aware of the antenatal shit! on the other hand even if our govt nor dey try @all, d hospital still 4kup sha 4 not having or rather administering d so-called "life saving drugs" even if it was gonna be on credit or payment in kind/service.
