Abia was among the dirties state and probably still belong to that category as for today..Igbos should stop praising this crooks that has not contributed anything for human capital development to the land thus causing huge human influx to other progressive state....Eastern region need to copy one or two clues from emerging global state like Lagos and River state in terms of modern infrastructure that will attractive positive investment opportunity by so doing reduces crime and increases productivity...... Statically 70% of industries is within Lagos and Ogun state...How many factories and establishment do people like him has in the eastern region?  Peace...
