What are you talking about? Is marriage based on qualification or love? You don't have to know why GEJ married her cause she is gonno be with him and not you. Look at her age and tell yourself she jumped fences or whatever to get the degree. All those were not available in their time. Again, getting a PhD comes in at least 2 forms. One is academic and the other is honorary. I can't say how she got hers. I don't know her anywhere apart from the truth that she is the first lady and sincerely, she deserves some respect.

It is nt as if she isn't educated or something bt if luk at d problem we re facing hr in dis country 60% is lack of speaking english u ll c sum1 who can read n write very well bt automatically can't speak english dat much in fact lack d tune of speaking english we hv poor education in sum states here in dis our country so dat is d challenges Patient Jonathan is facing right nw n at least she is trying her best

Point of correction: the PHD was only awarded to honour her as d First Lady of Nigeria.

2ndly: I'm not in support of d role Patience played in d film titled "there ris Godu o" but all I want to say is English is not our first language, In my opinion, I think she's entitled to spk d language she feel comfortable with. However, the whole world listen to her and everyone don't understand our unique broken English then, maybe she could have employed an interpreter to help her communicate better. Don't forget she's also one of d product of d so called failed system. U and I should count ourselves lucky. Patience is unique and honestly I see nothing wrong in d way she speaks. Although she makes me laugh and I'm enjoying every bit of it.

To be candid, oyinbo pepo cannot accept or spk our language so y shld we worship theirs and rubbish our own person? Think about it! Some Chinese leaders cannot spk good English and they don't care. If u don't understand their language, so be it! U cannot come and discriminate against them in their country neva!

Lastly, Jonathan's love for Patience is genuine and unconditional. It takes a man a lot of courage to introduce someone like Patience to d whole world as his wife. I'm not trying to mock her here but to glorify d work of God. What I'm trying to say in essence is this, Patience has no Kids and not properly educated yet Jonathan is satisfied  with what he has. Not all men can do this my dear. Love has nothing to do with her education or d way she speaks. Love should be free of sentiments.

For ur info, Jonathan has another mistress who is well educated, and she's a lawyer from a rich family. She had 2 children for Jonathan but the president is not proud to introduce this woman to d world because circumstances brought them together and u cannot compare the love Jonathan has for Patience in any shape or form.
