  The issue of someone is dirty or not is not an issue of tribe is a personalty defect. anybody cud be dirty even the president of a country.any way to my own best knowledge and my interaction , l think the igbo are the most dirtiest   people l have ever seen , of course, there are dirty yoruba , but the percentage  are low compare to other tribe , especially when they just came from village, they  are terrible
