Quote from: sonofman25 on 30-01-2015 05:12 AM Wen ur broda break d law d offence did not carry death sentence but wen buhari came into power d offence ur broda committe became punishable by death. Which he carry out. Y blaming buhari y Not his predisessor who didn't do justice in time You really Need to understand how the law functions before you present your opinion. The law was not active at that time so that new law does not apply to them. I suggest you stop thinking like the way Buhari was thinking when he ignorantly executed those guys, if i was any of the victims relative, i would have gotten a sniper rifle to execute buhari long ago. Now I really do understand why Prof. Wole Soyinka wrote an article titled "The Crimes O Buhari".

Quote from: xsucces on 30-01-2015 12:06 AM ![]() Bartholomew Owoh, one of the three young Nigerians executed by General Buhari for an offence that did not carry the death penalty is the elder brother of Nollywood actor, Nkem Owoh popularly known as Osuofia, emerging facts indicate. A source close to the Nollywood actor revealed this to BREAKING TIMES on Thursday on condition of anonymity. According to the source, Nkem Owoh and the rest of his family have not recovered from the trauma of the cold-blooded murder of the three young men, particularly their brother and son, Bartholomew Owoh. continue reading below after the photo.. ![]() Bernard Ogedengbe (29), Bartholomew Owoh (26) and Lawal Ojuolape (30) publicly executed by Buhari for a crime that did not carry the death penalty at the time of the offence. It will be recalled that Buhari, while he was military Head of State promulgated a decree prescribing death penalty for anyone caught for drug trafficking. But the trio of Lawal Ojuolape (30), Bernard Ogedengbe (29) and Bartholomew Owoh (26) committed the offence before Buhari came into power. The laws of Nigeria at the time the offence was committed did not prescribe the death penalty. When Buhari took over power, he insisted the young men should be executed and they were killed publicly by firing squad. “Nkem Owoh and his family are so distraught with Buhari for killing their brother at the young age of 26. Every time he sees Buhari on TV, he weeps bitterly over his brother. He can’t even believe that Buhari has the nerve to seek re-election as President”, the source told BREAKING TIMES.

Drug trafficking is a crime serious worldwide that carry dead penalty in most Country. So, if you brother committed a crime he will of course suffer the consequences. Please do not blame Buhari, He did not do anything wrong then. Nigeria is in the stage of melting down with corruptions and we need a strong leader to clean up. Reply
