Ayo Fayose - I Will Appoint Illiterates Into My Cabinet

The Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose has said he will gladly appoint illiterates such as Okada riders, farmers into his cabinet without looking back because they voted massively for him which in turn made him a governor today. He says not being educated does not make them less intelligent. He also says he is not someone who will ‘use’ people and then dump ‘them’. Below is what the Governor said on Twitter this afternoon.

 This is what happen when you ve an Educates Thug and Agbero in Governor office .... Instead of him turning this illerate to a standard educated person or give them necessary empowerment ...

That's " change" too?. I think governors have the right to create ministries in their respective states. Fayose can create commissioner of transport 2 for okada and commissioner for agric 2 in the ministry of agric. But to think of it, I hope the governor is not trying to spite Lagos of using and dumping okada.
