Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, is now 51st richest man in the world with net worth of $15.4bn as at January, 2016, according to renowned international journal, Forbes,. Last year, Dangote was ranked 37th richest in the world with a net worth of $25 billion.

The influential magazine, Forbes has released the list of world’s richest people with their aggregate net worth. Here are the list of 10 most richest people in the world: 

1. Bill Gates ($75bn)

2. Amancio Ortega ($67bn)

3. Warren Buffett ($60.8bn)

4. Carlos Slim Helú ($50bn)

5. Jeff Bezos ($45bn)

6. Mark Zuckerberg ($44.6bn)

7. lary Ellison ($43.6b)

8. Michael Blomberg ($40bn)

9. Charles Koch ($39,6bn) and

10. David Koch ($39.6bn)
