Some people are yet to learn from fire tragedies which have killed many in the quest of fuel scooping.

Today, residents of Onitsha, Anambra state were seen putting their lives on the line -as they rushed out in large numbers to scoop fuel from a tanker that fell along Ogbosi road, Onitsha.

No one to blame but poverty. Imagine if there come explosion, they will cause National tragedy and all will start blaming Buhari. is it Buhari that send them to scoop fuel from the fallen tanker? Idiot people among citizen
