Oh my God, half a million teachers applied for work on the same day. That should be the world record! I think they're going to make a hard test for them and choose by the results. I know many systems work like this. First, there is a test, then an interview, then a practical test. I think that for a competent teacher, the interview is the hardest part. There are many hard things from pastquestion that everybody needs to know. Usually, big companies have serious requirements, and many people fail at the interview. It would be better if they knew some strategies on how to respond in different situations.
