i wudnt marry a jobless man for luv cos it aint gona put food on my table......i wunt eat luv....wat people dnt undastnd is that relationship is diffferent from marriage......for luv i cud date a boy who is penniless cos i still got parents to take care of my responsibilities n a job,bt marriage nein...it cant just work cos it has to be a joint effort

its not as if its wrong to marry a man who is jobless, but if a nigerian woman earns more than the man, he becomes envious at certain point. he begins to suspect her movement. in US sometimes the man will do the household chores while the woman works for the family to them its 50/50 but here in nigeria, the woman goes to work, gets pregnant, gives birth, do all the household chores with no help from the man cos he is the head of the family. pls ladies think about it.

Ideally, I think what the man should be thinking is to get a job and postpone the marriage. If the girl in question truly loves you, she will wait while you get a job. And if she cant wait,then that is a result of a litmus test. That means, the girl do not truly loves you. But if you are already in it,then go ahead and do it in a little way you can. It could be one of the many temptation associated with marriages. But my prayer is that we should not be out of job while trying to get married. One is supposed to be happily married, but if the job is not there after marriage, we might not achieve that happiness. so guys be informed
