Life at times can go far if one does what he supposed to and dont what supposed not to, little thing can cause u a live time mistake. what makes him not wear the life jacket when he was given one, well, RIP. This is a clear case of negligence on the part of the young lad. In lagos, and even other cities, some people see themselves being super power in authority than Road safety when they dont wear their sit belt but i can tell you that the same sit belt has saved millions of lives. Trade carefully, life has no duplicate. Once again, RIP bro.
