NIGERIAN GIRLS ARE ARROGANT!!! (Page 13)

It depends on who, when, and how you approach the so called "Nigerian girls". It is dangerous to make a blanket statement based on few experiences. One thing I'm sure of is, Nigerian girls are confident of themselves and are not cowards. In most cases, are able to express themselves in clear terms and cannot be taken for a ride. If some people call that arrogance, those people need to re-define the word 'arrogance'. I prefer an expressive Nigerian girls to the docile Western (or whatever) girl.

Well said.... It really depends on who, when, how.. & I'll also add where. If u meet some of these husslers (ashawo) outside Nigeria or in some bars/clubs where you have whites.... they hardly will give you attention, especially when they are focused on getting the attention of the white boys. I think the reason is not far-fetched. You probably cannot pay them as much as the white... & who knows there is a chance of an upgrade to a Mistress. A guy should not also address a decent/normal Naija babe as if u're talking to a pros. She will definitely ignore u. Outside a bar/club is also not a very good place to meet a decent babe, that has just come to have fun, with her friends. Their first attitude is a "rebuff" because of this mindset that most free babes in our club houses are "hawkers". However, there is this decadence in our society that will make average guy accept that Naija babes are ARROGANT.

May be arrogance is not the right word. But I am aware, that u are also aware, that if u appear to have enough money to look good & throw around, u simply do not have any girl "arrogant" around u. Most babes will respond to u even when u have not really called. They will be worried if u don't call them on phone. Infact they will continue to call u so far u still pick their calls & help them with few Naira, once in a while.  The attention is all because of the money & may God have mercy on the guy if he doesn't fall into this category (if he cannot afford to be extravagant). The babes will give u shit.... as in VERY BIG SHIT. This attitude has gradually eaten into the lives of our teenagers. Babes suddenly have an attitude if u do not appear to have a lot of money to throw around. I've had loose money in the past & I know what I'm talking about. Sex for money is prostitution & we have such models all around us, so much that it has affected the hearts & minds of our society. That is the whole reason why Naija babes have this very wrong attitude.... call it ARROGANCE.. or whatever name u have.

That said, I find one thing very uncomfortable with Nigerians. We are always very defensive? I believe one of the reasons on this &  similar networks is to share experiences. No one knows it all. May be one can find a solution from the various comments on a subject. It surprises me why we easily get defensive & insult contrary opinions, even to issues that, we are all aware, are very true. There's really no need being defensive & portraying our usual holier-than-thou attitude. Our society stinks & the earlier we realize & accept this fact, the easier it will be for us to attempt to fix it.
