kissing in public has nothing to do with being civil, its a personal choice.. some like it others dont.
PS: just cause its done in the US doesn't make it civil there are Americans that also believe and openly say "get a room" when they see people kiss in public

Exactly! does nt av anytin to do wit civilization bt personal choice and location too bcos some places do nt allows it e.g dubai. You can kiss in the closet bt nt in public.
