Out of 37 federal directors seeking the post of permanent secretary in the Ministry of Works and Housing in Abuja, 37 of them failed their promotion examination and also get mba essay help there. Punch reports that this comes after they were allegedly duped by the setter of the paper, who is said to be a federal civil servant himself.
