  It is actually a good step. But He must remain Steadfast and remember Uncle Saul and Uncle David in the bible, and he must choose who he want to be among the two. The Bible says, the start is not what really matters to God but the ending is what that counts.
He should go further and handle the steering of the affair of the country to God and publicly declares it too. May God Help this Humble man. May he not grow wings tomorrow and fly in the direction of his ancestor. God Bless Goodluck Jonathan, God bless the people of Nigeria, God bless me.

We are not arguing about him going for a personal worship before God as any true follower may do to his deity,
Namadi still goes to national mosque every friday, likewise Jonathan also goes to Aso chapel,
what we are saying is; if you are in the presence of God their nothing like president or V/Presido titleship,
Adeboye should not even allow them to push him into their filthy political affairs,
before God a religion leader is bigger than master president or V/Presido.
The sanity in God's name is bigger dimension to dirty politics

Going to God is a good thing for anyone to do. But we must be careful not to use God as we do men. This is not the first president to go for prayer. Just because i need something i go to God but the fear of Him is not in my life. Then it become that i am using God to achieve my aim. Therefore, we must be very, very careful especially when we are dealing with God. There is no end to His mercies but we should never forget that He is also a consuming fire. A fire that nothing can quench. God help us in Jesus Name, Amen.

He is not the only one who went and meet Daddy, even OBJ did so, all the leaders have good intention for the country. but they mislead by the power of greedy, selfishness and advisers, is not our leaders is the actual problem, is us nigerians, is high time will start think on what to do for the country not on what the country will do for us, organizations, churches and firms, should help in this. for example an organization can construct road and put a toll there for them to recovery there money, firms will build houses and sell to public, there is so many ways we as a nation, will build ourselves, there is one saying that goes, if u are rich and the people around u, could not afford a meal, u are then poor, we should eliminate greedy and start thinking for ourself and others. all our past leaders have a fat bank account, in a foreign country,forgetting that when death occurs no one will go with his/her belongs, time to change and think right, what makes others countries better, is because they invest in there country, time to change nigeria and nigerians. been black from africa is not a curse.
