This reporter is a full time idiot. How doe a ruffian look or act like? So now Nigeria has dress code; where-fore the way you dress bails you from those beastly Taliban Style Soldiers cum those un-informed and untidy security guards you call police and sss. So beating up people, molesting and molesting women, flexing of muscles and show of force is the Nigerian concept of soldierization and policing. What standard or regulation covers that? Whos authorizes a soldier to lay hand on civilians. If these men are the so called "ruffians" as per this amateur reporter, so the most civilized way to figure out what they were up to was to brutalize them as it is everywhere and everyday by those unwholesome elements you call soldiers and the ragtag and bobtail police out-fit. Collectively, this madness, all will live with something to expiate.

kabu kabu or what do you call urself. if u re once a military commissioned or non commissioned officer. pls prove me wrong are civilians disciplined. they dont do things right. i will get back to u after 30 mins i will prove my case.

This is the biggest problem which still devours the Forces (police, military e.t.c) in Nigeria, and that problem is ILLITERACY. We have so much illiterates who have no clue humanity or right is. Intoxicated by power joxtaposed to lawlessness, they find it ok to torture people with ruthless cruelty. Its such a shame. And this won't end until the Force starts recruiting literates and people who are civilised rather than babarians.
