my bad habit is dat am too slow to act, as in i take too much time thinking on what i want to do than d act itself and most times i end up not doing what i am meant to do or i start late.

...U can shout without hitting anybody or throwing things around u agianst the walls.

by being violent, i mean sizing ur pal/gal a tight slap bcos u lost ur temper, that's really awful.

I feel good shouting whenever I'm angry.But, it'd be absolute stupidity to hit anyone with the excuse that I was angry.
