This man deserve the sentence to prison that he got not because he had sex
outdoors in the street but because he was with a 15 years old girl. She is too
young for sex. Please let the little girls grow up to be an adult (over 21 and a woman)
before introducing them to sex.
No girl at 15 can make a good decision about sex. This in my book is rape of a minor.
Regardless of the boyfriend/girlfriend relation, this is still a crime. She might have been
enticed and corrupted with money and gifts.

Where there is strict morality and discipline, 15 yr old is too young to indulge in sex. In Europe or some other advanced country, the guy will be prosecuted for underage sex.
