Controversial singer Speed Darlington has reaffirmed his resolve to continue targeting Grammy award-winning artist Burna Boy, despite his recent release from prison after spending 48 days in detention.
In a fiery video shared on social media, Speed Darlington avoided naming Burna Boy directly, instead referring to him as “Long Face.” The self-proclaimed “January 15th hero” boasted about his unyielding determination and resilience.
The singer used the video to promote his music, name-dropping tracks like *Bell Money Shorty* and *Sewi VIP.* Declaring himself “Mr. Kakolos,” Speed Darlington also expressed gratitude to his family, legal team, and supporters, including his personal assistant, Ghost, and a notable figure he called the “King of Bitcoin West Africa.”
Reflecting on his time in prison, Speed Darlington claimed he dominated his environment, saying, “I ruled that place.” He dismissed his earlier demand for ₦15 million, stating he now seeks only to be remembered as a hero.
The singer’s latest outburst continues a pattern of public confrontations with Burna Boy, solidifying his reputation for controversy within Nigeria’s music industry.
