Don't be deceived by skeletal statistics aimed at sensationalism. Remember that Ghana's economy was recently boosted by the discovery of oil and the subsequent production. Even so, Ghana's economy is just about that of 5 Nigerian States combined. It no big deal.

they are lucky, when will Nigeria gets to that position,

I respectfully disagree with you, moveee130. Ghana's economic growth is not due to luck.
It took careful economic planning and determination to monitor and make necessary
adjustments.
Ghana like most african countries has her share of corruption but that nation once had a
Leader called Rawlings who brought a sense of patriotism to the nation.
Nigeria does not have any patriotic Leader who is willing to put the nation & citizens before
personal gains.
While Ghana leaders had a policy of deliberate economic planning, Nigerian's official policy is
corruption and "money grab"  for personal gains.
I will say again that Ghana economic success is not due to luck. It was carefully planned.
