should age be a barrier in any relationship ?

Well to answer the title question, it very much depends  upon the age, as the age you indicated the two to be it is absolutely a problem as well as barrier. He just may be in love with her, however once finding out her age she should not have been a option for him to develop such feelings. My thought is this, when faced with such situations as a man he should be reflective, what if he had a daughter the age is this child, would he want a grown man trying to be with her? He needs to find a woman that is his age mate,one that is at least 18 and that is still pushing it for me as a 27 year old man should in my opinion date women that are at least 21.
