Are you a racist? (Page 3)

how can someone say that the whites are the only racists,i am no racist,i have many friends from all over Africa and also my son is half Nigerian,i am white,i am proud that my son has African blood in him and i wish he would not face the racism ever in his life.So nobody should judge people from their colour or race we are all human beings and we all come the same way in life. we all come out of the womb and we all enter the womb the same way,no difference if you are black or white.

not only between black and white people......even Asians look down on blacks..The root cause of all forms of racism is=IGNORANCE!!!!..I've been living here in Malaysia for the past 15 years and I am no longer suprised  when people ask if we still live in trees back home in Africa......you can imagine my shock the 1st time I got that kinda question. Well now im not cause 99% of their info on Africa is from Discovery and National Geographic Channels.

That said, the plain fact of the matter is EVERYBODY IS A RACIST (the only difference is to what extent). I personally don't like Arabs and Jews as a whole(dont ask me why cuz the list is long) but i do have some Arab friends. Call me a hypocrite if you like, but I have my personal views about certain races (its called STEREOTYPING btw)but I am open enough to get to know and accept those deemed OK by my own standards.

So when people here generalize that all Nigerians as scammers and crooks, I dont get pissed off coz the truth is MANY ARE!! So instead i let them get to now me and judge for themselves what kinda person I am but also knowing that I have only changed their views about me and not Nigerians as a whole.

To sum it up, Racism is and will always continue to be a part of the human social system.

if i may contribute,me as a nigerian when i meet someone from any part of the world 4 d 1st time i normally sees d person as my fellow human even though i might not like his/her ways of life as regards to religion or what so ever but the problem with whites is that when they see u as a black man from Nigeria,they r not bothered if u r from Nigeria or any other country in africa but 4 them d fact remains that u r from Africa where people lives in the trees,sometimes i dnt blame them cos TV presenters and journalists never tell or show them the good side of Africa.Here in europe alot of people eats from the dust bin but i've not 4 one day seen d so called newscasters show this but......................infact till date i still ask myself what d black race has done to whites to deserve all these????when they want to interview people for example on global issues they go to capital cities to ask question but once they go into africa they will enter into a deep primitive village in one african country to interview people,some scenes me as an african have never seen in my life b4.

Yes, I agree with what olman said about the things be shown on TV, sometimes I even believe that the media are paid to show only such so that the whites when they see u just hate you for no reason. As for me I love those that love me and detest with disgust those that think I am nothing because of my colour.  Imagine a so called religion teacher telling the kids she was to teach about God that there are No Schools, Roads and Drinking Water in Africa, trust me she got it hot when I spoke with her the following week after my daughter told me, she denied partially saying it was not meant to be like that but that my daughter misunderstood her. trying to defend herself, and I asked myself if this kind of comment is supposed to come from a religion teacher. I became a racist when I came to Europe, don't blame me not my fault, there is so much injustice towards the black race.  As for Obama's regime he is not going to make much diff.

There is somethings that makes me laugh when i hear them from people.BLACKS & WHITES.........These 2 colours are just like RED & PINK. But for human being,no one can simple say his true colour.Because when u have a real white colour and black colours in your hand and look up to see a person infront of you then you will think of what colour to say he or she is.

My wife is Spanish i can simply define her as European or Spanish,Am a Nigerian but if for any reason somebody says am black,then i take it that he has got his own low level of undersanding who or what colour i am.But when i face a humiliation face to face from be it an African or where ever the person comes from,This i take personal.So lets show some luf and enjoy this piece of promised land GOD gave to us to occupy b4 we die.
Or is it only the whites that will die or the blacks will die as well hahahahhahahahahaha

i strongly believe that in d black race no one is naturally a racist,99.9% of blacks who r racist were induced into it by the white counterparts.The whites makes u a racist when u mix up them here in Europe or America but when they come to Africa the treatment they get,most of them never believed it.I think d problem is from their great grand fathers cos even in school they never teach d young one anything good about d black race,instead they r making them to hate right from their childhood,while we r discussing this issue here,i saw some whites girls writing about racism,have u seen any white man writing it??FIIFY what d teacher taught ur daughter and her class mates is common here in Poland to be precise where they teach children that black people lives in the tree inside d forest in Africa.

yes its called racism even if its the other way around...and for people who think that Black people  dont get convicted that is the BIGGEST misconception i have ever heard in my LIFE!!...im not being rude or anxcious or whatnot but ...seriously??? Black American ALWAYS!! and I mean AKLWAYS get convicted and arrested....i mean ALWAYS!! lol...i am an African girl and i live in the U.S and trust me it is a daily routine in my neighborhood to arrest, shoot and gundown black men of all shades...where u come from is not an exception....u could be black peruvian, dominican, or African ....u got some melenin in u?...welll ur done! they make sure they lock u up forever, and if Chris Rock said that he is an idiot! SOME Afro-Americans are racist towards Africans not all...and the ones that r ...people got to understand that it is just deep rooted hatred for themselves that the White man instilled in them during Slavery...so it is worse when a White man is racist towards a White man....i mean check it History shows us that we as a people have done NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING to white people in malice!!! NOTHING!!!! we never have and never will, because of our generous and good natured ways, White Europeans people have come to Africa and they place claims on Africa, divide us so that they can have access to our wealth that is why our currency is lower than everybody....they infiltrate our government, take what is ours, corruption in Africa is abundant because of these Same Europeans...they started it all....then these same people steal our own people bring them to another land, to enslave and work for them.....they hate them for their skin color ...but oh no...no honey it dosnt stop there, they teach those black people to hate themselves, deprive them of learning, reading writing and much more, they change the history of the world in the school books to paint us AFricans in a bad light so that when black people do get their hands on a book...VIOLA...what do u get...of course they are gonna hate us when whITE PEOPLE tell them its US who sold them into slavery....when that is not true!! now a African American willing to free themselves of that stupidity will try to educate themselves, go to the library read more books not only books in the school room cause those books are edited, and then re-edited to suit the White Man and paint him as the hero.....now tell me??? if u looked on the tv and all u saw that depicted ur people was starving AIDS infected little kids naked and drinking dirty water wouldnt there be a little contradiction in your heart that diminshes self pride about ur race? tell me....yes ladies and gentlemen that is how the media depicts Africans living in Africa and its only on commercials...or the discovery channel and they only show the africans that lives in the forest and walk around naked (which is not a bad thing, just merely stating the facts) they dont play these AFrican movies on their television they dont play these african shows on their too they dont show us when we have huge houses, beautiful Architecture the only time they show that is when reffering to Egypt and even then they place claim to that saying Caucasoids(caucasians, White people) are the rightful owners of the Egyptian pyramids and statues....because they were the ones who built it...when we all (the educated ones) know that is the falsest thing in the whole world...they made that theory up when Hitler digged up the Suertz Canal in Egypt trying to change the history of the world (to suit the white man...and once again paint him as a hero) but i know for a fact African media plays american shows on their t.v all the time...i know cuz ive been there and seen it....Not fair is it?....u guys have them in ur media they dont have u in their media...who is winning?...who ends up hurt?...i see hostility towards Afro-Americans in this dicusion...not saying that there should not be any hostility towards them as i too whish some of them could break out of that slave mentality white people put them in and re-educate themselves, but all the hostility should not be pointed at their direction alone...we too call them akata's and exclude our kids from marrying them but permit our kids to marry oyibo...in the african nature...there is sometimes this kid-like trust towards the white-man...havent they hurt us enough(to those of us who know our history)....which brings me to my second point; so what if afro-americans are racist to WHite people...in all honesty dont u think they deserve it?... and im not starting some  race war here...dont want to...but really...really...it just makes me mad........ everything makes me mad when dicussing socio-economics, and race pathology...its very touching and should be handled with care. thats it lol whew lol WHOA i wrote alot....just had to let it out!
