Gov. Okorocha to hold meeting with criminals and kidnappers in Imo State (Page 3)

If fed govt will negotiate with MEND and others why not with criminal and kidnapers in IMO state, it is not time force to succeed but dialog.

i tink it nt a bad idea him meeting with the criminals in his state maybe dat his is own way of bringing peace to imo state
