What does it mean to be a responsible man of the house, and how do we achieve it

I seriously believe the true essence of fatherhood is missing, simply because very few males of today really understand the concept of what a real man is all about, lets discuss this topic reasonably with a purpose of helping ourselves become the point men in our homes and time.

Where did we loose it and how can we get it back.

Dont just state the problems please kindly suggest a solution you might just be helping someone out of a storm or mess.
