1st class: cross river,kwara,gombe,ekiti,bauchi,platue.                                                    2nd class: kastina,edo,borno,anambra,abuja. 3rd class:nassarawa,imo,benue,abia.    4th class:kano,kaduna,bayelsa,adamawa.                                                     And the rest ummmmmm..i dnt think so!
