Brother don't "PANIC" it happens just that you have not heard of it. It is not actually something that is common so i do not expect people to know much about it. YES she can get pregnant Miraculously in the natural way. It has happened to somebody i know.BUT, the common way of getting them pregnant is the "ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION" and it does not have any side effect neither does it take miracle to make that happen.The medical experts have been using this for more than a decayed to get such people pregnant. I have very close family member that has the same issue but she went for artificial insemination and today her triplets are almost 14yrs of age. I beg no worry yourself.
