The man posted bail for her release following her arrest ....
And according to the universal legal system rule,
u assume all responsibility of the crime committed
in an event the criminal bolted as in this case ...
And you also guarantee the courts that the said person would be available for hearing ...
Don't post bail for anyone unless u willing to take the fall
