lack of balance diet, and not only woman man too, they think that big stomoch is evidence rich man, and also lack of execise, and many nigerians are hardly spend on fruits, they think that fried egg, plantain, chicken, meat, stue, goat head, poit nd kill, salad full of myonise, beer, are good food when you eat them every time,, infact a lot of nigerians are ignorant about good food

d major thing is ate night food nd heavy food in d morning.dis is nt only in naija.but lets take naija as an xample.most of dem dnt know d diff btw a breakfast,lunch nd dinner meal.some ppl will wake up nd d 1st thing dey wuld eat is eba or any solid instead of fruit or light foods lyk cereal,2loafs of bread nd a cup of tea.while some dey know dey wnt 2 eat something solid but dey wait till late in d nite like 9 till late nites which is bad.exercise is also important.but as 4 me my tummy is ova onpoint ;)loving it everyday Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin
