A friend told me sometimes ago that the girl he was about to take to bed will never allow him to go further than normal kissing and romancing till it all ended. But majority has to decide to make dis clear so that corrections would be made. Two, then would tangle easily.

Ur friend must have been terrible at kissing and romancing (whatever that means). The idea is to make the lady feel she's in control of the pace and put Ur skills at work and Ur "argo" in check. If he knew how well to kiss a girl, he would have had her begging to take things further in no time. I'm sure he was ene begging to kiss her and letting her choose when he did ALL the time.
Truth is a woman does control but if U r any good at it she'll helplessly hand over all the control to U.

thanks it's coming from female and some women want men to men to be carried away wth those emotions which makes the man emotionally and spiritually weak

women are the weaker vessel,they work off emotions,those emotional experiences makes them feel "good" but its a sensual and unclean spirit,anywas a strong man will strengthen the woman and make her see that those emotions are bad for her well being.i wonder why they like dwelling and wallowing in those emotions? i know the answer, it makes them feel "good", just as it felt good to Eve but it eventually killed her.

I think it depends on individual,  but generally a woman is in control. Because it's very easy to get a man hard than for a woman to get wet. I can be holding a girl and kissing her in public and I get hard. But for a woman it have to get to a certain level before get wet and ready.
