IF THEY ARE WILL BETTER THE LIVES OF POOR MASSES LET HIM AWARD MORE PLS.

If any Asian government award a contract of $6.8 million united states dollars for any project wow, within 2 months, you MUST see d shape of the huge amount in the contract so, do not listen to those hooligans in Nigeria government, killers.

I dont even know y ppl are complaining just becos of only N246bn contract to ND.  Eventhough i am yet to get my portion, i think that is far too small for the region where the whole country is feeding from.  Half of the whole amount would not be bad
