That 9 Yrs old boy is suffering from evil spirit which controls and push him to what he does..... Some parents have a busy lifestyle and need daycare for their children. The parents didn't have anything to do with this. It was the daycare worker that left the children unattended with that 9 yr old which was wrong. Only God knows if he has some kinda mental problems cuz his mom said he takes medicine and has problems.
