Chula Vista, California October 2, 2012 In Chula Vista, California, a US Customs and Border Protection agent has shot and killed a 32-year-old mother of five after her car allegedly bumped into the man. At 13h00 on Friday, Valeria "Monique" Alvarado was killed on a residential street in Chula Vista, California. Border Patrol officials are claiming that the woman "assaulted" the officer by running him down with her vehicle. CBP Chief Patrol Agent Rodney Scott told NBC, “The suspect was armed with a vehicle, and literally ran our agent down.” “He was carried several hundred yards before he discharged his weapon through the windshield of the vehicle,” he added The on-duty agent was apparently responding to a felony warrant in the area, which was unrelated to Alvarado. According to Border Patrol officials, the agent landed on the hood of the car after being struck. However, multiple witnesses told reporters that they never saw the man on the car. Apparently as the agent opened fire on the woman at least six times, Alvarado reversed in an attempt to get away from the officer's gunfire. The agent was reportedly dressed in plain clothes and was not displaying a badge.

A witness, Ashley Guilbeay told KMFB-TV, “As the car was backing up the officer was in the street walking toward the car, and discharging."
“Without her even able to say a word – I didn’t hear anything – [he] just came across and just shot at the windshield many times."
Alvarado's family members insist that the mother of five children would never intentionally harm anyone and that the officer involved overreacted by shooting her to death.
Gilbert Alvarado told NBC: “My wife got killed for no reason. Show me that my wife had a gun or something that threatened the guy’s life where he had to use lethal force against her.”
"Whoever shot my wife - whoever he is - that guy needs to get shot," he added.
According to witnesses, Alvarado may have simply accidentally hit the agent with her car, and then panicked when he pulled out a gun. Witness Ayanna Evans says, “The whole [thing] didn’t look right.”

So many American police are fools so much stupid of killing innocent ppl.do they go training at all?last  time they kill a man with ordinary pe knife ,another they kill innocent ppl and wound so many in the process of arresting an armed man now they kill another innocent woman
