Most of what is listed there is what the guy feels will convince the girl that he is serious about her. If a guy merely tells you that he loves you, will you believe him? You would want proof. Girls demand all sorts of ridiculous evidences of proof of a Man's love for them like come to my church, buy me this or that, take me somewhere, Do something extra-ordinary for me so that I will believe you love me, I want every girl to know you are mine so tattoo may name on your body etc. They claim don't like Good Boys, they can not go out with a poor boy, they also want a man who will do things for them to make them feel special etc. Stop making rules without giving provisos or limitations to the rules. A guy wants to get a girl who feels she is high demand she will give herself to the man who makes the most effort namely all the things you listed above there. If you feel they are stupid then, fall in love with a simple Simon who does not do any of the above.
