[VIDEO] Miguel falls off stage during performance!

Last week while performing his hit single “Adorn” in London, Miguel forgot where he was on stage and twirled right off the stage and onto the floor below! In true performer fashion though, the singer quickly gathered his composure and launched himself back on stage to finish the ballad. Miguel previously fell off stage back in 2011 during a show in Houston.
