What is the best way 2 propose 2 a woman. Actually a friend of mine is about 2 propose marriage 2 his girlfrnd nd he wants it 2 b something spectacular. Any ideas?

The Wetern going down on one knee really doesnt go well with everyone.
I'm an advocate of "marrying Ur friend." When Ur friend is the one in question, no one else ned tell U how to go about it to really impress her and get an affirmative response.
