Pls do not leave out the army and police Muslim women in this matter. They should wear hijab too.
But common sense should tell us that every organization or profession has its ethics that must be duly observed. Same in schools.
Am not trying to go against any religion here but at least, we should be reasonable in dealing with certain issues.
We are in the modern age. Religion and its dogma shouldn't take us back to the stone age.

this shows ur complete ignorance of islam, islam is not only a religion but a total way of life for muslims. islams should be reflected in all aspect of muslims life not only during worship. i think marks the fundamental difference between today's muslims and christain,
