I am wondering why they can’t locate their IP address even if it is not in Nigeria.

The government do not want to deal with this problem because themselves are terrorist.
They should:
Ask Northerner if the mobile phone they 're using is Haram, ask them if the television they have for house is Haram, ask them if the school they go to learn to become a Nurse, a Doctor, an engineer is Haram,
Secondly, ask them if to bomb bus station and market in KANO is not Haram,,,,
If it is, they should denounce anyone supporting Boko Haram whether he's their father, son or relative.....
Why not offer hundred thousand, even 1 millions Naira for the information.....
Is it not their JOB to protect Nigerian..... Why not spend money to protect US?

They are only showcasing there new purchased weapons probably 4rm d money gotten 4rm wat d french government gave to dem to release d french family hostage & 4rm my intelligent view on dis video....Their Hausa accent sounds just exactly as Niger citizens...& dis location is sumwhere around d border deserts of Nigeria & Niger...................How can u blive dey raided a military armoury...loaded all dese weapons & carted away...Nigeria army is now been ridiculed bcoz of Demonstration of craze(Democrazy).

That's too much hassle for them, even if they buy it the can only purchase that arsenal locally, from the Nigerian army, if not then our neighbour support them. This stuff is given to them Free, It's not black man mentality to spend millions Naira to buy guns, A black man will buy food, Mansion and flashy cars instead. How can they move that much weapons let alone cross the border undetected, u need logistic to carry that much cargo.
